Kite Club Hatteras offers IKO-certified kiteboarding lessons on the Pamlico Sound at Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, widely regarded as one of the best learning environments in the USA. Waist-deep, warm, flat water extends for miles. The school is based in Avon and uses a boat/jet ski to access the best spots with no wasted lesson time. Guest house accommodation is available on-site for immersive kite camp packages. Instructors are consistently praised for patience and a personalised approach.
